When you click on an item of jewellery it will open up a page with further information about that item and display more detailed pictures. At the bottom of this page there is an "Add to basket" button. Items can be added to your basket by clicking this button. Some items of jewellery also have an option to include a gift box. This is a nice touch if it is a gift for someone.
At any time you can check the contents of your basket by clicking the "View Basket" button. This is located on the item description page and also underneath the Information button at the top of every screen.
When you click the "View Basket" button your selected items will be displayed in a separate window. Please ensure the quantity is set to "one" as the majority of our items are one off pieces.
If you have added an item by mistake you can remove it by clicking the "bin icon" next to the quantity box. Alternatively if your quantity is wrong then you can type the correct quantity in and press the "Recalculate" button.
Next select your shipping destination from the drop down menu and press "Recalculate" You are now ready to complete the checkout process so click "Go to Payments".
You can pay for your items with any of the following Debit or Credit Cards: MasterCard / EuroCard, Visa / Delta / Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch / Maestro, Solo. Payment this way is taken through the well known secure and encrypted site Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way as you can checkout through Paypal as a guest.
You can also pay for your goods with Cheque (U.K Only) or Money Order. Cheques & Money orders should be made payable to "Whitby Jet Gifts" and sent to: Whitby Jet Gifts. 33 Torkington Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, Cheshire. SK7 4RH. Please ensure you put your name and address on the reverse of the cheque. Items will be dispatched only when cheques have cleared.
All items of jewellery dispatched to UK mainland addresses will be sent out by tracked Royal Mail and signed for at a cost of £4.00 and £1.00 per additional item. Please allow upto 21 days for delivery although if stock is available your item should reach you much sooner.
All items of jewellery dispatched to European destinations will be sent out by Airmail and signed for if possible at a cost of £5.00 and £1.20 per additional item. Import taxes imposed upon your item by your government will be your responsibility. Please allow upto 28 days for delivery although if stock is available your item should reach you much sooner.
All items of jewellery dispatched to any other Worldwide destination will be sent out by Airmail and signed for if possible at a cost of £6.00 and £1.30 per additional item. Import taxes imposed upon your item by your government will be your responsibilty. Please allow upto 28 days for delivery although if stock is available your item should reach you much sooner.
Goods can be returned if not satisfactory within 7 days of delivery, but please note this does not apply to items made to order. Items returned must be in good condition and in the original packaging. Returned items must be sent back by registered mail and insured. A full refund will be issued minus the postage costs.
